Educated both locally and internationally, Niusha brings a global perspective to her role.
Her professional journey has taken her across diverse legal landscapes, including experiences in Australia, Malaysia, and Iran. This rich background contributes to her comprehensive legal knowledge and cultural acumen, positioning her as a resilient and empathetic advocate.
Niusha is dedicated to achieving resolutions for her clients, and this commitment extends beyond individual client success to the creation of a collaborative and inclusive environment within her team. With a proven track record, Niusha has appeared before all levels of Ontario Courts, including the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Divisional Court, the Superior Court of Justice, the Small Claims Court, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. Her experience underscores her proficiency in delivering effective legal representation across diverse legal forums.
Outside of her legal pursuits, Niusha is an avid traveller, a devoted plant enthusiast, and the proud mom of Luna, a lovable Shihpoo.
