Introduction
The charter of human rights and citizenship rights is one of the most important international documents and has been ordered at the global level as a main standard to preserve and protect the rights of all people.
Charter of Human Rights and Citizen Rights
The right to equality: All people, regardless of gender, race, nationality, language, religion, or any social and cultural distinction, have the right to equality before the law and access to social services and other opportunities.
The Right to life: All people have the right to life, personal safety and security, and no person or group can threaten or violate this right.
The citizenship rights: All people have the right to have citizenship in their government and to participate in the citizenship decision-making process.
The right to health: All people have the right to comprehensive and fair health care and no person or group can violate this right.
The right to education: All people, regardless of age, race, gender, and religion, have the right to study at their own level and have access to learning.
The labor rights: All people have the right to have access to reasonable work with fair wages, and no individual or group can violate these rights.
The housing rights: All people have the opportunity to access housing and no individual or group can attack these rights.
The Charter is recognized as a legal instrument that attempts to promote human rights and citizenship rights into the culture of general society.
The legal, ethical and philosophical charter of the organization of Subjective Physics Sciences was prepared and adjusted on the recommendation of the secretary general of the organization and legal advisors.

Also, on August 12, 2015, the (ECOSOC) was requested not to share the information and research of this organization with other official member organizations of the (ECOSOC), which was agreed.
In May 19, 2023, the organization officially became a (Special Consultative Status with ECOSOC).

Official membership in the organization
Membership in the organization is free (if you request a certificate or a membership card, there is a fee), but currently it has priority, which we point out: Currently, the priority in the official membership of the organization includes university professors, scientists, philosophers, and researchers from the undergraduate level and above.

Participation and investment in the organization
All natural and legal persons and official and government companies are allowed to participate and invest in this organization, and we also officially invite them for any participation and investment towards the philosophical, scientific, research and educational goals of this organization.
The organization will not cooperate in these cases
1- Any military and paramilitary activity.
2- Military weapons and official or unofficial armies.
3- Nuclear activities or nuclear weapons.
4- Security organizations.
5- Network or group or terrorist organizations or accused of participating in terrorist acts.
6- Violators of human rights and citizenship rights.
7- Extremist religious people or any religious sects. (Religion and religious sects are outside the activities of this organization).
8- Any national and international political activity.
Non-cooperation of this organization includes: non-participation or investment and consultation or any cooperation in the cases mentioned above.
Subsequently, any changes in the provisions of the ethical and philosophical charter of the organization and after approval or consultation with the United Nations will be made known to the public through the organization’s official website.
