Subjective Physics Sciences Co. LLC, a registered entity under the Judiciary of Iran (Reg. No. 555475), in partnership with Sustainable Development Sciences Co. LLC – Oman (Reg. No. 1510590, Ministry of Commerce, Sultanate of Oman), officially invites private investors, venture funds, and banks to participate in the development of a large-scale solar power plant project in the Sultanate of Oman.

Following our review of initial proposals received, we express our readiness to cooperate under the following transparent framework:

• Project Title: Construction of a Solar Power Plant in the Sultanate of Oman
• Loan Applicant: Subjective Physics Sciences Co. LLC (full legal documentation available upon request)
• Implementation Entity: Sustainable Development Sciences Co. LLC – Oman (to be reactivated)
• Loan Amount: USD 150 million
• Repayment Period: 10 years
• Grace Period: 2 years

🔐 Financial & Operational Framework

• Disbursement Method: Trust Wallet (blockchain-secured and traceable)
• Bank Accounts: If needed, must support digital currency without hidden fees
• Collateral: Not accepted
• Insurance or Upfront Payments: Not accepted
• Alternative Guarantees: Will be proposed based on performance and transparency

📄 Documentation & Compliance

• All agreements or MoUs must be issued on the investor’s official letterhead
• All counter-signed documents from our side will be issued on official WSSPS letterhead
• We do not use traditional banking systems; Trust Wallet is the exclusive transaction medium
• No face-to-face meetings before disbursement. Meetings may take place only after funding and project commencement
